Over the past few weeks, we have had some scrumptious meals. I will leave out all the nights we had leftovers or repeats.


Rissoto rice with a mushroom and balsalmic reduction, and sauteed zucchini.


Vegetarian gumbo, sprouted barley bread (store-bought).




Baked pinto beans with molasses, wild rice bake with pecans, onion, cranberries, celery, fresh shitake mushrooms. Green salad with edible flowers, cranberries, and cherry vinagerette.


Wild rice, black beans, and spaghetti squash with tomato suace.


Brown rice pasta, tomato sauce with mushroom and spinach.


Brown rice mac and cheese, stewed ocra.



Oat bran bread.
